Cross-cutting issue: digitalisation

Digitalisation is one of the cross-disciplinary topics at the university. The Department of Social Sciences offers a minor at bachelor's level, as well as a wide range of courses related to digitalisation.

The Department of Social Sciences welcomes students who wish to further their education in the field of digitisation and data science. For this reason, the courses listed below, offered by the  Digital Sustainability Research Centre  at the University of Bern, can be credited towards the BA in Social Sciences programme.

• Open Data courses (on request and for SOWI major students only)
